Job Title: Patient Communications Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Patient Communications Specialist to join our team at Atlanta Interventional Institute. As a key member of our communications platform, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring seamless communication between our patients and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing timely and friendly responses to patient inquiries via phone, email, and text.
  • Utilizing digital platforms, EMR software, and databases to effectively manage patient information.
  • Maintaining comprehensive logs and task history for each patient.
  • Scheduling patients for imaging and physician appointments, verifying insurance benefits.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with health insurance and CRM technology.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
