Job Opportunity: Assistant Professor of Endocrinology

The University of Tennessee Health Science Center is seeking a highly qualified candidate for a full-time Assistant Professor position in the Department of Medicine, Division of Endocrinology.

Job Summary:

This is a non-tenure track position that will involve teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, as well as patient care and research. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in endocrinology and a commitment to excellence in education and clinical care.

Responsibilities:

• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows in endocrinology
• Provide patient care in endocrinology
• Contribute to research and academic activities in endocrinology

Qualifications:

Qualified applicants must have an MD degree, be eligible for Tennessee licensure, and be board certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in teaching and clinical care in endocrinology, as well as a strong research background, are highly desirable.
