We are seeking a highly skilled Inspector MRO to join our team in West Chester, OH. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our manufacturing processes.

• Conduct routine inspections of materials, parts in process, and finished products to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
• Perform tests and gauging inspections to verify the quality and accuracy of materials and products.
• Identify and report any defects or irregularities found during inspections.
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• 2-3 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to read and interpret operation sheets and follow complex instructions.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• NAS 410 certification and completion of 400 hours of classroom training.

We offer a competitive salary range of $24-30/hour, plus a 15% shift differential. This is a contract-to-perm opportunity with a dynamic and growing company.
