We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse II to join our team at Eastern State Hospital. As a Registered Nurse II, you will provide quality nursing care to adult and geriatric psychiatric patients through the nursing process in accordance with hospital policy and procedure and standards of nursing practice.
Responsibilities- Evaluate, supervise, document, and provide guidance in performance of staff.
- Utilize knowledge base and experience to provide quality nursing care.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Current Virginia license to practice as a Registered Nurse or license eligible.
- Previous RN experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
