Engage in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations as necessary.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Experience managing self-performed concrete projects with positive results.
Proficiency in project initiation, budget formulation, procurement, and cost tracking is required.
Exceptional understanding of critical path scheduling for self-performed tasks.
Proven track record of leading successful project teams, including employee development and maintaining external relationships.
Highly motivated and energetic with a strong sense of urgency.

Entrepreneurial and self-driven, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
