Women's Services Clinical Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Department Manager to lead our Women's Services team at TriStar Summit Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and operational aspects of our Women's Services department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the Women's Services team, ensuring adherence to quality care policies, procedures, and processes.
- Assess patient care and provide support and expertise to staff as needed.
- Manage staffing needs and personnel management, including interviewing, hiring, and orientation of new staff members.
- Collaborate with the director to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives, ensuring the financial viability of the department.
- Ensure the supply of appropriate resources to support the programs, services, organizational structure, and staffing levels necessary for quality services.
- Direct the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality metrics.
- Facilitate interdepartmental collaborative relationships and ensure adherence to patient experience and patient satisfaction initiatives.
- Demonstrate ethical standards in customer service through all interactions with patients, families, coworkers, staff, other hospital departments, physicians, community, and others.
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required, Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice required.
- American Heart Association or Red Cross BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Neonate Resuscitate required.
TriStar Summit Medical Center is a 200-bed comprehensive facility serving Davidson, Wilson, and surrounding counties. We offer a full array of acute care services, including cardiology, oncology, orthopaedics/spine, rehabilitation, and women's services. We are an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI and a Primary Stroke Center.
