Position Summary

Our work environment can be bustling, especially during peak hours, but we also enjoy quieter evenings. You will have access to our comprehensive training materials and support from experienced Coffee Trainers and Managers. As a Coffee Specialist, your responsibilities will include preparing coffee beverages, brewing teas, baking pastries, managing phone inquiries, operating the drive-thru, and packaging to-go orders. On weekends, you may also assist with serving alcoholic drinks, blending the roles of Coffee Specialist and Bartender. Maintaining cleanliness of equipment is crucial to ensuring the freshness of our offerings.
