About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our installation department as an Installation Director. This key position will be responsible for managing and leading a team of installers and assistants, ensuring seamless project execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the installation department, including scheduling, project coordination, and team supervision.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with customers, designers, and production personnel to guarantee high-quality services.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and effectively manage accounts receivable.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in product installation, preferably in home improvement or building maintenance.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, backed by prior work experiences.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in software applications relevant to the role.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain organization under pressure.
  • Skillful leadership and management abilities to guide team development and performance.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $ 85,000.
