Position Overview

We are in search of a proactive and seasoned Project Manager specializing in Engineering for our Medical Industry division. The successful candidate will oversee and manage all engineering initiatives related to our medical devices and facilities. This pivotal role ensures the effective design, development, and execution of engineering projects. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Civil Engineering and a proven history in project management. A strong capability to establish and uphold efficient operational systems to meet business demands is essential. The candidate should be adept at multitasking and collaborating across various business units. A solid understanding of the regulatory landscape within the medical sector and its implications for project management is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and lead all facets of engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Define project scopes and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate internal resources and external partners for seamless project execution.
  • Guarantee that all projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
  • Create a comprehensive project plan to monitor progress and apply suitable verification methods to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Evaluate project performance utilizing appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as necessary.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.
  • Develop and maintain thorough project documentation.
  • Adhere to all regulatory standards and procedures pertinent to the medical industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure project success.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Engineering sector, ideally within the Medical Industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Strong technical background, with practical knowledge in engineering and technology.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both client-facing and internal.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
