Join Our Team as an On-Call Registered Nurse

Bristol Hospice is a leading provider of hospice services, dedicated to delivering compassionate care to patients and their families. As an On-Call Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one care to patients and their families, addressing their everyday needs and concerns.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patient and family needs, ensuring accurate and relevant clinical notes.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, while providing health care instructions to patients as needed.
  • Record symptom management changes and outcomes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support for patients and their families.
Qualifications:
  • A Registered Nurse license in good standing, with a valid driver's license and current CPR certification.
  • 1 year of experience in hospice or home health, with excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional care and support to patients and their families, with a commitment to our company's mission and values.
