Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Supervisor to join our team at SKLD Zeeland. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents while ensuring the smooth operation of our long-term care facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess resident conditions and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our nursing team, including LPNs and CNAs, to ensure high-quality care and efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, medication administration, or other relevant information to ensure timely interventions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and facility policies to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our residents.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services provided.
Requirements
  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • CPR certification required.
  • One year of professional nursing experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of applicable state nursing regulations and laws.
