Home Health Clinical Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as a Home Health Clinical Supervisor. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of home care clinicians to ensure safe, effective, and efficient clinical practice.
  • Develop and implement education programs for patients and caregivers to promote patient progress.
  • Use clinical decision-making to manage patient populations and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Supervise paraprofessional and licensed professional team members to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program and active PT license in Colorado.
  • Minimum of three years of physical therapy experience in home healthcare, with two years of management experience preferred.
  • CPR Certification and knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
  • Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty, strong communication skills, and compassion.
