Job Summary

The Production Team at PrideNow is responsible for mass producing spice blends in a fast-paced, labor-intensive environment. As a key member of this team, you will be required to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Your duties will include packaging operations, maintaining GMPs, and ensuring the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all packaging operations, including filling, sealing, and labeling containers.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and other company policies and procedures.
  • Accurately maintain all bagging documentation and ensure the quality of packaged products.
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in daily cleaning and sanitizing of all baggers and related equipment.
  • Collaborate with the Quality department and Production Management to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
  • Manage and maintain food safety throughout the facility.

Work Environment:

  • Work in a production environment with frequent exposure to noise, dust, moving machinery, forklifts, and temperature fluctuations.

Physical Requirements:

  • Stand, walk, and climb stairs frequently.
  • Perform repetitive movements and labor-intensive tasks.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
  • Climb on and off a forklift frequently.
