Craft3 is a leading financial lending institution in the Pacific Northwest, with over $220 million in total assets and a loan portfolio of more than 3,000 outstanding loans totaling $175 million.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for investing in people, businesses, and communities in the Pacific Northwest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sustainable Organizational Structure: Build a cohesive team by implementing and supporting a new structure for the Finance business unit that aligns with Craft3's budgetary and strategic goals.
  • Financial Operations: Develop systems, processes, and internal controls essential to generating timely, accurate, and actionable financial data and reporting.
  • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Integrate financial planning across the organization by working collaboratively with all business units.
  • Evaluate and Optimize: Evaluate the financial performance of a diverse range of products offered by Craft3 and suggest opportunities for growth and sustainability.
  • Lead Financial Planning: Collaborate with the Leadership Committee, Board of Directors, and staff to assist in the implementation of Craft3's Strategic Plan.
Requirements
  • A minimum of five years' progressive finance experience in an executive or senior leadership role.
  • Proven ability to distill and simplify complex financial information to a variety of audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills and desire to plan, write, and edit short and long form content.
  • Ability to lead from within and champion social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
What We Offer
  • An estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
  • Hybrid/remote work arrangement with offices in Astoria, Portland, and Seattle.
