Retail Fuel Clerk

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous and efficient in all interactions.
• Process customer transactions accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Manage cash handling and maintain a secure environment for customer transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the fuel station area and surrounding environment.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations, including those related to tobacco and food stamp sales, as well as coupon handling procedures.
• Assist with inventory management and stocking duties, including replenishing supplies and maintaining a well-stocked store.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping the work area and cleaning the concrete area around the pumps.
• Collect and dispose of trash as needed.
• Ensure that pumps and surrounding areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the fuel station.
