About the Role
We are seeking an Expert Domain Adaptation Researcher to join our team at Databricks. As a research scientist, you will work on adapting and improving Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI systems for enterprise domains.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Adapting, improving, and evaluating methods from the literature for domain adaptation.
  2. Designing new methods for efficient post-training in enterprise domains.
  3. Composing multiple methods to create recipes for efficient inference.
  4. Evaluating LLMs and AI systems for enterprise domains.


Your Qualifications and Qualities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A strong background in research experience and proficiency with deep learning fundamentals.
  • Pursuing a PhD in computer science or related fields such as electrical engineering, neuroscience, physics, or math.
  • Proficient software engineering skills, including PyTorch.


Salary and Benefits
