About the Role

Astra ABA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive assessment plans to identify strengths and areas of need for individuals with ASD.
  • Supervision and Training: Provide ongoing supervision and training to BCBAs, Behavior Technicians, and other team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality ABA services.
  • Program Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures based on the principles of behavior analysis to ensure effective and efficient delivery of ABA services.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of ABA and Autism treatment, and participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in a related field, such as child development, special education, or psychology.
  • Active BACB Certification and meets BACB Supervisor requirements.
  • North Carolina LBA certification.
  • A minimum of two years' experience working with children with Autism.
  • Active CPR training.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead and supervise both BCBAs and Behavior Technicians.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in the field.
