Academic Rhinologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rhinologist to join our team at the University of Missouri Healthcare. As a Rhinologist, you will be responsible for providing medical and surgical interventions for rhinologic conditions, including functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and nasal reconstruction and surgery for anterior skull base disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care for patients with rhinologic conditions, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of sinusitis, nasal polyps, and other related conditions.
- Perform surgical procedures, including FESS, septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and nasal reconstruction, as well as surgery for anterior skull base disorders.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including neurosurgeons, ophthalmologists, and allergy/immunologists, to provide multidisciplinary care for patients with complex rhinologic conditions.
- Participate in research and educational activities, including teaching and mentoring residents and fellows, and contributing to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols.

To be considered for this position, you must have a strong background in Rhinology and Anterior Skull Base Surgery, with experience in performing surgical procedures and providing medical care for patients with rhinologic conditions. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
