Position Overview:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in supporting the Charge Nurse in delivering nursing care to residents as designated and under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.

Key Responsibilities:
As a CNA, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting residents with their daily living activities (ADL) as required, including but not limited to personal grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
  • Supporting residents during bathing and showering as needed.
  • Documenting all resident care in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
  • Assisting residents during meal times to ensure they receive their meal trays, appropriate diets, and any necessary assistance in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to the facility's safety protocols at all times.
  • Performing other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a valid CNA certification.

Work Schedule:
- Day, Evening, and Night Shifts
- Availability on Holidays
- Flexibility for Weekends

Compensation:
- Differential Pay
- Sign-on Bonus / Perfect Attendance Bonus
