Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic and thriving healthcare organization at ClearSky Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide professional nursing care to patients within our rehabilitation hospital, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement identified plans of care and contribute to the development, maintenance, and update of those plans, identifying potential risks and contributing to corrective action plans.
  • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions, completing all documentation in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and delegate care and treatments with the interdisciplinary team, notifying proper personnel of real or potential problems with patient issues and quality and/or appropriateness of care.
  • Provide timely and adequate supervision to LPNs/LVNs and Nursing Aides/Techs, performing supervisory Charge Nurse responsibilities as assigned.
  • Identify patient and family learning needs, teaching patient and families using effective teaching methods and documenting accordingly.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of accredited Registered Nursing program required.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred.
  • One (1) year recent experience preferred, acute care setting preferred.
  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse required.
  • Current CPR Certification required, ACLS certification preferred.
