We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Counselor to join our team at TBAC Group. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to individuals, couples, and families affected by mental health and behavior issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual, couples, and family counseling services to address mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, substance abuse, and grief.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of clients.
- Facilitate therapeutic group meetings to help clients acquire new coping skills and build healthy relationships.
- Conduct assessments and psychological testing to develop diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
- Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist (PsyD/Ph.D.) with an active license in good standing in the state of employment.
- U.S. work authorization.
- Demonstrated clinical expertise in an outpatient mental health setting.
- Knowledge of ethical standards within the counseling profession.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and problem-solving skills.
$71,500 - $100,100 yearly
