Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to coordinate the clinical care of patients. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the plan of care for patients, ensuring high-quality outcomes and a positive patient experience.
  • Integrate all healthcare providers to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement patient education plans, utilizing clear and concise language to promote understanding and empowerment.
  • Manage patient flow and bed assignments, optimizing resource utilization and minimizing wait times.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex patient needs and develop innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher preferred.
  • Current Hawaii State license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at HCP level required; additional certifications may be needed based on assignment area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

Our competitive salary range for this role is $85,000 - $115,000 annually, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer:
