Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Associate to join our team. As a Sanitation Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality sanitation standards are met in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently disassemble and assemble equipment for proper cleaning and set up line equipment prior to production runs.
- Safely operate equipment and machines used in the cleaning process, including rack washers, power washers, steamers, washer extractors, and dryers.
- Follow Food Safety, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) & Food Quality Plans to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push/pull up to 50lbs, stack/unstack or carry, stand and/or stoop for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Comfortable in a warm working environment.
- Ability to work Nights, Weekends & Holidays.
