Plymouth Housing is a nonprofit organization that provides permanent supportive housing for single adults who have experienced chronic homelessness. As part of our strategic vision, we are building internal behavioral health services and transforming our systems to address rapid growth and the changing needs of residents.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator to join our team. This role will oversee the management, customization, and synchronization of all Plymouth Housing databases with the PHG Data Warehouse. The successful candidate will design database applications, perform data cleaning, generate reports, and ensure data integrity and security.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of database design, implementation, operation, and maintenance. They will be able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the organization, vendors, and external programs to maintain seamless database operations and adapt to evolving organizational needs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the PHG Data Warehouse, integrating data from various sources.
  • Collaborate with software vendors, IT, and Data Analytics staff to configure and maintain databases.
  • Design and customize applications to track programs and activities.
  • Oversee data ELT processes, including migration and data entry.
  • Ensure data security, including PII and HIPAA compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in database programming and/or administration.
  • At least 2 years' experience with data warehousing.
  • Proven experience with SQL and data analytics.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Services, Microsoft SQL, and SAP SQL is a plus.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $102,170 - $114,566 per year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for Full-Time employees, including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and 403(b) options.
