Astound Broadband Powered By Grande is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth in the Corpus Christi, Texas market.
Key Responsibilities- Obtain new customers through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sources.
- Aggressively pursue leads provided daily and understand every unique element of assigned properties within your portfolio.
- Distribute marketing material, facilitate strategic marketing campaigns, and build Astound Broadband Powered By Grande brand awareness.
- Review and understand property contract language, service levels, restrictions, and obligations.
- Understand customer needs and articulate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics accurately and promptly to management.
- Stay up to date with what the competition is doing in your market.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of sales experience, preferably in door-to-door sales.
- Excellent communication, relationship building, organizational, presentation, and influence skills.
- A positive, creative, and persuasive personality.
- Motivated, self-starter, and comfortable working autonomously.
- Detail-oriented with highly developed organizational and time management skills.
- Sales-quota driven.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions.
- Vehicle allowance provided.
- 401k retirement plan with employer match.
- Insurance options including medical, dental, vision, life, and STD insurance.
- Paid Time Off/Vacation: Starting at 80 hours per year, and increases based on tenure with the organization.
- Floating Holiday: 40 hours per year.
- Paid Holidays: 7 days per year.
- Paid Sick Leave: Astound Broadband Powered By Grande allows a number of paid sick hours per calendar year and varies based on state and/or local laws.
