Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient progress.
- Collaborate with our medical team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, medical history, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a hospital setting.
- Nursing experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a medical-surgical unit.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records and healthcare software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
