Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance operations to ensure optimal functionality and safety standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and take proactive measures to prevent equipment failures and downtime.
  • Respond promptly to repair requests from guests, management, and other departments to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues and ensure seamless communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in maintenance operations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
