About the Job

Access Healthcare Physicians LLC is seeking a skilled Travel Imaging Technologist to join their team. As a key member of the radiology department, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce detailed cross-sectional images of the body
  • Position patients correctly to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures
  • Monitor and maintain imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve imaging quality and patient satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or Computed Tomography
  • Experience working in a radiology department, preferably in a travel or per diem capacity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of imaging equipment and procedures
