We are seeking a seasoned Retirement Planning Specialist to join our team at AssuredPartners. As a key member of our Retirement Concierge Team, you will be responsible for providing holistic financial wellness advice and financial planning to participants in our clients 401(k) plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and deliver comprehensive financial plans and holistic financial wellness advice using eMoney software.
Answer routine client questions about the features of their 401(k) plans, assist in understanding statements, and review the resources available through their providers.
Perform comprehensive asset allocation analysis and discuss 401(k) investment recommendations with 401(k) participants.
Assist with and/or host group education virtual meetings for 401(k) participants.
Assist in developing our financial planning processes and scripts for use by the Retirement Concierge Team.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university; and a minimum of three years of customer service experience - OR- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and five years related experience and/or training.
Registration as an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) is required within 3 months and requires passing the Series 65 exam, being a CFA Charterholder, or being a CFP Professional.
Experience with 401(k) plan documentation and forms preferred.
Experience with Salesforce preferred.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
