Munson Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Chief CRNA to serve as the administrative lead for CRNA staff within the anesthesia department. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with the Anesthesia Medical Director and other clinical and administrative leaders to deliver high-quality patient care.

The estimated salary range for this position is $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience. This role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing scheduling, job training, and competencies, as well as engaging in quality improvement work and identifying education and professional development opportunities for CRNA staff.

The Chief CRNA will work closely with the Anesthesia Medical Director to develop and implement strategies for improving clinical and operational processes, and will provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues as needed. In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also fulfill their clinical workload and contribute to the overall success of the Munson Medical Center anesthesia team.
