**Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to provide support to teachers and students in a dynamic educational environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience as a Teacher Assistant and a valid and current CPR card.

**Responsibilities**

* Deliver feedback that contributes to a climate where students are actively engaged in meaningful learning experiences.
* Maintain effective and efficient record keeping procedures.
* Provide a positive environment that encourages students to be actively engaged in the learning process.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians, and other professionals on a regular basis.
* Collaborate with peers to enhance the overall quality of feedback.
* Model professional and ethical standards when dealing with students, parents/guardians, peers, and the community.
* Assume responsibility for meeting grading assignments as set forth by the Instructional Leader.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of the curriculum and school-wide student performance goals.
* Provide services in person at the assigned facility to meet the needs of students.
* Serve as an instructional facilitator or substitute at the discretion of the Instructional Leader.
* Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits.

**Requirements**

* Minimum one year (12 months) of experience as a Teacher Assistant.
* A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association).
