Key Responsibilities:
As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:
  • Assessing patients to determine the extent of physical dysfunction and developing tailored treatment plans.
  • Conducting clinical evaluations to measure muscle strength, reflexes, coordination, and range of motion.
  • Implementing therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance patient recovery.
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet established goals.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment and recovery.

Qualifications:
Experience: Not applicable
Education: Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate).
Licensure: Must possess a valid Physical Therapist License in California or be an applicant for the license.
Certifications: Basic Life Support certification required at hire.

Additional Requirements:
Ability to work effectively in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is desirable.
