Compensation and Benefits
- We offer a competitive salary of $350,000, commensurate with experience.
- Our compensation package includes up to 75% of net earnings, with a realistic potential of $400,000 to $500,000.
- We provide a retention bonus of up to $75,000, payable over 5 years.
- Our benefits package includes 3 weeks of PTO, 5 days of sick leave, and 7 national holidays.
- We offer a CE allowance of $2,500 and a 401(k) plan with a 50% ER match after 2 years.
- We provide relocation assistance of $2,500 and comprehensive benefits.
