Job Summary

Staco Energy Products Company, a leading innovator in Power Quality and Voltage Control technologies, is seeking a highly skilled Equipment and Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. This is a full-time position that requires a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to the Machine Setter in the Winding department to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Monitor building systems equipment and coordinate repairs with outside parties as needed.
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of parts to support in-house equipment repairs.
  • Develop and justify capital improvement projects as needed.
  • Oversee and ensure the maintenance of the entire facility, including all production equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and environmental requirements, such as those set by the EPA and OSHA.
  • Negotiate and manage maintenance contracts with third-party vendors.
  • Advise management on ways to increase energy efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Oversee building projects, renovations, or refurbishments.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, with a focus on troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of electrical and complex mechanical systems.
  • Ability to coordinate and evaluate work performed by outside servicers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Minimum of five years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor is preferred.
