Fiber Splicing Specialist

Broadband Telecom Services is a leading telecommunications construction contracting company seeking a skilled Fiber Splicing Sub-Contractor to join our team. As a Fiber Splicing Sub-Contractor, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining fiber optic cables, ensuring high-speed internet and telecommunications services are delivered to our customers.

• Install and maintain fiber optic cables, including splicing, testing, and repairing
• Work with customers to understand their telecommunications needs and provide solutions
• Collaborate with our team to ensure timely and efficient project completion
• Comply with company safety policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

• Minimum three years of experience in fiber splicing and telecommunications projects
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering design plans
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
