The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Certifications include AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire. License requirements include being a licensed Registered Nurse with the State of Tennessee or a licensed Registered Nurse from a Compact State with the proper Tennessee paperwork filed within 30 days of hire.

This role reports directly to the Director of Skilled Care and requires a minimum education of an Associate's degree. Key responsibilities include direct patient care using the nursing process, medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and documenting patient care given.
