Job Summary

Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Therapist to fill the role of Intensive In-Home Team Lead. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to children and families in need of support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ongoing evaluations, assessments, counseling, and treatment to children and families in need of services.
  • Work closely with the person-served physician, other clinical staff, and community agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Apply principles of Evidence-Based Practice to all services provided and ensure team members maintain fidelity to the treatment model.
  • Lead weekly meetings with the Intensive In-Home team to provide supervision, monitor implementation of the Person-Centered Plan, manage productivity, and monitor the overall performance of the team.
  • Monitor the team-to-family ratio to ensure compliance with Medicaid service definition requirements.
  • Review documentation of team members and ensure all notes are submitted in a timely manner, meet Medicaid requirements, and address the goals as written in the Person-Centered Plan.
  • Provide assistance with rehabilitation, crisis management, individual therapy, and individual counseling as needed.
Qualifications
  • LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LMFT, or LMFTA licensure in the state of North Carolina.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience working with children and families.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
