Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at Hendrick Toyota Apex. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examine customer vehicles to identify necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Estimate costs of repairs and communicate with customers
  • Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance, adhering to dealership guidelines and manufacturer specifications
  • Document services performed and maintain accurate records
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet customer expectations and dealership standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in automotive technology or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance; ASE certification a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
