As a CNA with IntelyCare, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities. Your duties will include:
- Nursing Care: Deliver compassionate and skilled care to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Monitoring Vital Signs: Regularly check and report vital signs, such as blood pressure, to ensure residents receive timely interventions.
- Observation and Reporting: Observe residents' conditions during your shift and promptly report any concerns to the broader nursing team.
- Serving Meals and ADLs: Provide personal care and support with activities of daily living, including feeding, mobility, and toileting.
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Maintain a clean and hygienic environment by cleaning surfaces, changing linens, and repositioning residents as needed.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between medical staff, residents, and visitors, fostering effective communication and empathy.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Current Missouri CNA Certification: Demonstrate your expertise and commitment to delivering exceptional care.
- Basic Medical Terminology: Possess a solid understanding of medical terminology and nursing procedures.
