Quality Control Specialist

Crucial Link Group is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our automotive manufacturing processes.
About the RoleYou will lead the development and implementation of testing and inspection processes to ensure that our vehicles meet the highest quality standards. This will involve working closely with the production team to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to reduce defects.
Key Responsibilities- Catch Issues Early: Develop and implement effective testing and inspection processes to identify defects before they reach the end customer.
- Investigate and Troubleshoot: Use your analytical skills to identify the root cause of issues and develop solutions to prevent them from happening again.
- Team Player: Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to reduce defects.
- Experience: 2+ years of quality engineering experience in automotive manufacturing. Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is highly desirable.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Skills:
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards such as IATF 16949.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
