Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and colleagues, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Observation and Learning: Observe experienced stylists and managers at work, ask questions, and learn from their expertise.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as answering phones, performing reception tasks, sanitizing tools, and light cleaning duties.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a fast-paced and efficient salon environment.
  • Continuous Learning: Be open to learning new techniques and technologies to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Education and Certification: Be a recent graduate of an accredited cosmetology school and obtain the necessary license to perform salon services within 30 days of hire.
