**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Interacting with customers via phone and in-store to provide recommendations and complete necessary documentation

• Verifying insurance coverage and eligibility to ensure seamless customer experiences

• Filing, faxing, scanning, and data entry to maintain accurate records

• Assisting with walk-in customers as needed to provide exceptional support

• Performing other duties as assigned to support the team's goals and objectives

**Requirements**

We are seeking candidates with:

• Strong customer service experience and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Administrative/office experience with a focus on customer service and communication

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues

• Computer and office equipment savvy to navigate our systems and tools

• A willingness to grow and learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• DME knowledge, a plus
