We are seeking an experienced Pizza Cook to join our culinary team at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa.
About the Role
As an Intermediate Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas, following recipes and sanitation guidelines, and working effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Follow recipes to ensure a high-quality product
- Experience working with pizza dough
- Follow sanitation guidelines to ensure the kitchen is properly cleaned
- Time management

- Ability to work well under pressure
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:
- 2 years of previous line experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
- Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills
- Able to work single station in the kitchen
- Must be able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight
- California Food Handlers Certification required
