Turndown Attendant

Nemacolin Woodlands is seeking a skilled Turndown Attendant to join our Housekeeping Division. As a Turndown Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests experience clean and organized guest rooms and public areas.

• Gather cleaning supplies and amenities in the storeroom
• Stock cart with towels, washcloths, hand towels, bath mats, and other essentials
• Clean bathrooms, bathtubs, showers, and sinks
• Remove dirty towels and replace with fresh ones
• Remove trash and recyclables
• Clean living room and bedroom areas, straightening up and folding guests' clothes
• Turn down beds neatly, placing chocolates and the TV remote on the fold of the bed
• Turn on designated lights and adjust the thermostat
• Assist other Turndown Attendants or public area associates as needed

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to speak English fluently
• Ability to work varying shifts, including holidays and weekends
• Ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for the majority of the work shift
