Job Summary

As a Sales Floor Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Store Maintenance: Assist with maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including receiving merchandise, verifying packaging slips, and restocking shelves.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a retail or sales environment preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation

$16-$17 per hour. Wages will be determined based on factors such as candidate experience, qualifications, skill set, and internal equity.
