About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified Physical Therapist to join our team. As a therapist in this role, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with various orthopedic conditions. Your primary focus will be on helping patients achieve optimal recovery and improving their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic injuries or conditions.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions and modalities to promote patient healing and rehabilitation.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Work Environment

The outpatient clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and a supportive staff environment. As a Physical Therapist, you will have access to ongoing education and training opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong educational background in physical therapy and relevant licensure/certification. Experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $1,810 to $2,122 per week, based on experience. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including medical coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield, paid housing or tax-free stipend, travel/license reimbursement, and a referral program that rewards successful referrals with $500.
