Guest Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Advocate in our Small Format stores. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging experience for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and inspired to return to our stores.

• Provide exceptional guest service, anticipating and meeting the needs of our guests
• Work efficiently and effectively to deliver a seamless shopping experience, ensuring product is in stock, available, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor
• Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Support daily and weekly workload to drive business priorities and deliver on sales goals
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience
