About the Role:
As a Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner at Kaiser Permanente, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care, and we are seeking a skilled professional to join our General Surgery department in Denver, Colorado.

We offer a competitive salary of $58.51 - $85.02 per hour, commensurate with experience. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for various wage premiums, including bilingual and shift differentials, as outlined in our collective bargaining agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain medical histories, perform physical examinations, and review laboratory studies to assess patients' medical status.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with collaborating physicians' preferences.
  • Provide patient education and counseling on disease prevention and health promotion.
  • Document patient care activities and examination data in medical records.

Qualifications:
Must obtain and remain credentialed by the Colorado Permanente Medical Group by start date. For positions requiring procedural sedation, ACLS certification and competency required within 90 days of hire. Bachelor's Degree required for PAs; Master's Degree in Nursing required for APNs. National Provider Identifier required at hire. Drug Enforcement Administration Registration required. Basic Life Support within 3 months of hire.
