Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team at TriStar Summit Medical Center. As a PRN Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act.
  • Utilize therapeutic communication to promote positive patient interactions.
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
  • Identify nursing problems and develop individualized patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals and outcomes.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Current licensure with the Tennessee State Board of Nursing or Compact State.
  • Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider.
  • 1 year of RN experience.
