Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech therapy services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with communication disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify communication needs
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Provide therapy to individuals with diverse communication needs, including those with speech, language, and cognitive impairments
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and outcomes
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with diverse populations
